Meet the Team

Our Team

Melissa Bellamy, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Founder

Growing up in a family home was wonderful until Melissa became a teenage mother and had to place a hold on her own dreams. But after 10 years of working and providing and getting settled in life, this was truly a time to move forward.

Melissa is a proud graduate of North Carolina A&T State University where she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing in May of 2012. Later, in 2016, after just having a new bundle of joy, she decided to further her nursing education. Melissa has always wanted to do more since the day she became a Registered Nurse. Working as a full time RN, being a mother of 4, a wife, and a graduate student came with many sacrifices. With great perseverance, and determination, Melissa was able to finish all the courses on time and she graduated from Walden University on August 12, 2018 with her MSN degree with a specialty as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Deborah M. Crawford BSN RN

Working in healthcare was inevitable for Deborah. Once she donned her candy striper’s uniform at the age of 12, walked into the hospital; often going in when she was not scheduled to do so, she fell in love. Her path to becoming a nurse took some detours when she decided to major in journalism instead of nursing. It was her mom who reminded her how much she’d loved being a candy striper and shortly thereafter Deborah changed her major from journalism to nursing.

Deborah has worked in healthcare for 25 years. She has worked her way through the ranks working first as a CNA, Unit Secretary, LPN and now RN. She obtained her BSN from Winston Salem State University where she was inducted  into  the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International. Deborah’s passions include end of life care, patient advocacy, community activism and community service; locally, nationally and abroad. She served with the Red Cross following hurricane Katrina, has participated in mission trips with her church and serves regularly with Second Harvest Food Bank Metrolina, Habitat for Humanity and The Samaritan House.
